As disciples of Jesus Christ, we are required to bring forth godliness and goodness from our lives. The Holy Spirit wants to bring transformation into our lives, and we must cooperate through continual repentance as he gently convicts us of our sin. Join with me in this prayer of repentance based on 3 John 11. Be sure to share this prayer with your friends and in the facebook groups that you’re in.
Prayer:
Father, help me to imitate what is good. Father, right now I reject what is evil. Help me, through Your Holy Spirit, reject evil in all my actions throughout every detail of my life. Deliver me from temptation (Matthew 6:13)! Holy Spirit, help me see the Father and the Son more clearly. Give me such a vision of You that it drives all evil from my body, soul and spirit. May my life display what it’s like to live in the revelation of who You are. Give me discernment in regard to people who boast that they know You. Help me recognize the fruit of godliness in others and help me connect with the people who see You for who You are, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.
