A Prayer Acknowledging the Messiah as Humanities Only Hope

Every generation faces its share of turmoil, uncertainty, and injustice. While governments rise and fall and human solutions often disappoint, Scripture points us to a King whose reign will never end. Isaiah 16:5 looks beyond the immediate circumstances of the nations and reveals the coming Messiah who will establish His throne in love, faithfulness, justice, and righteousness. As you pray today, fix your eyes on Jesus—the only true hope for humanity—and ask God to help you live with confidence in His coming kingdom.

Prayer

Holy Spirit, in the midst of a world in chaos Jesus, the Messiah, is our only hope. Help me to keep this in perspective until He returns and bringing His justice and righteousness with Him. I’ll believe for the manifestation of His kingdom, and contend for His justice and righteous within my circle of influence in the name of Jesus, the Messiah.

Isaiah 16:5

In love a throne will be established; in faithfulness a man will sit on it—one from the house of David—one who in judging seeks justice and speeds the cause of righteousness.
