God desires for our lives to be devoted to prayer. We even need God’s help to train and empower us to carry out this simple task. This prayer is for us to become powerful prayer warriors. Pray this sample prayer. Use your own words to add to it. Then share it with your friends on all your social media platforms.

Prayer

Father, make me into a mighty prayer warrior that will cover our leaders, preachers and evangelists as they seek to spread the gospel. Deposit a commitment to prayer in my life. Use my prayers to empower the preaching of the gospel. Increase the power, clarity and effectiveness of preaching around the world through my intercession. Unlock outsiders’ hearts to Jesus in Jesus name, amen.

Colossians 4:2-4

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.
